Twenty-six years in travel has given me the opportunity to visit 138 cities, 56 countries in 6 continents.  This includes going on 11 river cruises, 21 ocean cruises and 4 extensive tours in exotic countries.  

Travel has allowed me to see how the world lives, the hardships that exist, the importance of culture and paint a picture of how history has evolved into what exists today.  The stories, artifacts and myths left behind make it intriguing and result in a desire to travel beyond.

As an executive, mentor and teacher for multiple travel companies, I've been able to innovate through technology, enhance customer experience and value and setup efficiencies in internal processes and operations. 

I've worked with Airlines, Cruise lines, Europe Railways, Hotels and Transfer companies.  The two things I've learned that are important in travel are...

1) A well oiled machine on the back end:  your customers don't need to know the how, when and what you do to provide a great experience but they do need to be baffled by how magically you were able to do it.

2) Creating and executing unique customer experiences:  this is the wow effect in which one walks away in amazement using words like honored, luxurious, royalty, privileged, relaxed, spiritual, impactful, on top of the world, humbled, adventurous, bonded, VIP... of course these are various travel companies in the market place.
